Shadow Mountain Memory Care, located in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Caregiver for NOC Shifts to provide high-quality care to the residents in our community.

Certified Caregiver "Care Partner"
Responsibilities of the Care Partner
* Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy.
* Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
* Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
* Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
* Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
* Completes state required training upon hire and annually.
Required Experience
* Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
* AZ Caregiver Certification required.
* Experience working in a Senior Living Community preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age.
* Basic computer skills.
* Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
