Occupational Therapist - Pediatric Home Health

About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to pediatric patients across the Bastrop, Manor, and Elgin areas. You'll work closely with children and families to support the development of fine motor skills, sensory integration, daily routines, and overall independence.
Scheduling Options
Part-Time: Less than 24 visits/week
Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
Daytime and after-school hours available
Key Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy in the patient's home environment.
Educate families on strategies to support daily living and skill building.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with care teams for integrated treatment planning.

Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Texas
Pediatric experience preferred; strong new grads with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping children reach their potential
