Position: Physical Therapist - PMCH PHYS THERAPY W 1ST FLR at Mount Carmel Hospital-Colville
Schedule Per Diem/On Call, Day Shift, working from 7:20 AM – 5:50 PM
Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Rehabilitation (Rehab) Services Manager or Assistant Manager, the Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop patient treatment goals, and plan and implement appropriate treatment programs utilizing a variety of professional physical therapy procedures.

Required Qualifications
Sufficient for license
Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
