Our client is seeking an experienced PT for a Days shift position in Chesapeake, Virginia. This therapy role is based in the 91000 | Physical Therapist | Home Health and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent PT experience.

Position Requirements

Active Virginia license and/or Compact license

Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications

Minimum 2 years of recent PT experience

2 current clinical references

Documentation Requirements

Current resume

Physical exam (within 12 months)

TB skin test (within 12 months)

Titers – MMR/Hep B/Varicella

Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)

Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations

Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
