We are a growing food manufacturing and retail company looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Associate to support our clients and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role combines customer service, order processing, quotations, and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, chat, and Viber Prepare and send quotations to customers Encode customer orders accurately into the order sheet/system Coordinate with production on stock availability Arrange delivery schedules and book riders/couriers Provide product information and assist with order details Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, admin, or logistics (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome) Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Good communication skills in English and Filipino Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with different teams What We Offer
