Warehouse Person (Loader) P.B.N.A. $25.80 / hour. This labor‑intensive role involves hand‑building pallets of product for bulk and route trucks, accurately loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming ones. The position is responsible for using an electronic order system or order sheets, operating a forklift and/or pallet jack, and ensuring all loading is compliant with shipper/receiver documentation. Safety, cleanliness, and adherence to warehouse instructions are essential, as well as the ability to work in varied weather conditions and flexible shift durations.

Key duties include:

Transport truck loading: move full pallets onto trailers and remove returned pallets/plastic flats.

Bulk truck loading: select packages, load onto pallets, maintain stability through proper stacking and shrink‑wrapping, and unload returned goods.

Route truck loading: customize loads based on sales orders, load into trucks, and remove returned items.

Maintain vigilance for accuracy, safety, and order precision during all operations.

Lifting heavy cases (20‑45 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift, requiring constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.

Primary Job Accountabilities

Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking areas and build pallets/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.

Mark load tickets for out‑of‑stock items.

Wrap completed pallets.

Submit paperwork with orders for check before loading and ensure trucks are properly checked.

Stage pallets and/or load them into trucks when ready.

Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.

Maintain proper housekeeping standards in the work area.

Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

Basic Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Helpful Experience

Experience working in a warehouse environment (order picking, product staging, pallet jack/forklift operation).

Proficient in basic forklift operations (forward/backward driving, boom manipulation, maneuvering in tight areas).

Experience with racking systems and pallet handling (loading/unloading, maximizing storage).

Team‑oriented work experience (cooperating with co‑workers, joint problem solving).
