Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Closing Coordinator role located in Auburn, AL. The Closing Coordinator will be responsible for managing real estate closings, preparing documents, and coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction. The role also requires providing excellent customer service and maintaining clear communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
Experience in Escrow and Closings, with a strong ability to oversee and manage all stages of the closing process
Proficiency and knowledge in Title Insurance practices and procedures
Exceptional Communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
Strong Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and resolve issues promptly
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with real estate processes and documentation is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software tools used in real estate transactions
