Reimagine What's Possible The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Delaware City Site Supervisor and will be responsible for performing routine, non-routine, preventative, corrective, and major maintenance throughout the facility. This includes working on a variety of equipment such as analyzers, control valves, pumps, steam turbines, field instrumentation, process monitoring equipment, and general facility systems.
This position will work closely with Plant Management, Regional Maintenance Management, Site Operations, and Site Maintenance Technicians to ensure all operational budget, and safety objectives for the site are satisfied.
This site is a 24/7 operation, and any potential candidate must be willing to work overtime as required, and willing to take "on call" responsibilities as required by Site Management.

Responsibilities
Perform Routine, Non-Routine, Preventative, Corrective, and Major Maintenance work on a variety different types of plant equipment. (Analyzers, Transmitters, Level Indicators, Control Valves, Limit Switches, Solenoids, Rotating Equipment, Pay Meters, Coriolis Meters, Personnel Safety Systems, etc.)
Complete and/or supervise day-to-day maintenance activities.
Update Plant Maintenance records, investigation findings, and prepare relevant reports required by management.
Provide expert feedback, and detailed analysis to aid in the planning, and execution of Corrective/Preventive Maintenance for site reliability improvement.
Provide Turnaround/Outage/Project support.
Provide Contractor management, and supervision to outside contractors while working at site.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs of items that need repair, or maintenance performed through SAP maintenance software.
Initiate purchasing procedures when vital to ensure sufficient materials, and spare parts are maintained in the facility.
Assist in accurate storage, and disposal of both Hazardous, and Non-Hazardous waste.
Serve as a primary point of contact with various outside suppliers who provide support services to the
