Job Overview
Here at Fairview, we are now seeking a Radiology Aide to join our imaging team at St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work Monday through Friday from 4:30PM - 9:15PM with weekends as needed. Aids as requested to Radiology Department staff, patients, and nursing personnel. Responsibilities
Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements. Assists the radiologic technologist and radiologist with procedures to facilitate patient flow. Provides appropriate patient safety measures to ensure delivery of quality patient care. Develops films to ensure maintenance of patient flow. Prepares room set-up to ensure availability of procedural needs. Transports patients to maintain patient flow. Assembles and files radiology jackets to ensure timely examination processing. Maintains supply inventory to ensure availability of required items. Required Qualifications
High School or equivalent Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross) Preferred Qualifications
Interpersonal Communication: Skilled in developing effective rapport with customers, co- workers, or families, actively listening to develop a positive connection. Benefit Overview

The posted compensation range corresponds to the minimum and maximum pay rates outlined in your union agreement for the respective job classifications at the time of job posting. An individual's pay rate within this range may be influenced by various factors, including FTE, skills, knowledge, educational background, and qualifying experience as specified in the contract.
