Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
Complete other RBT‑related tasks as assigned
Pay & Benefits
$24.00–$30.00 per hour

Ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development

Spanish speaking a plus
About Aim Higher ABA Aim Higher ABA provides in‑home and daycare‑based ABA therapy focused on child‑centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family’s convenience.
