ABOUT THE JOB
We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Domino’s Pizza offers flexible schedules with part or full‑time options. You’ll have plenty of time left over for school, hanging with friends, or whatever you need. Even if you just need a second job for extra cash, Domino’s is the perfect place for you.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
TRAINING
Orientation and training provided on the job.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone or in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLS
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Coordinate motor skills for rapid, accurate movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
WORK CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher.
Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
Standing and walking frequently; standing for short durations; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum.
Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
Carrying large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce up to 30 lbs, and trays of dough (~12 lbs each).
Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
Climbing stairs or ladder occasionally.
Stooping/bending forward at the pizza assembly station.
Crouching/squatting to stock shelves.
Reaching up to 72 inches forward, down, and overhead.
Fine hand tasks using forearms and wrists; manipulating pizza wheels and rolling cutters.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 years of age or older.
