Overview We’re looking for a Junior Digital Brand Designer to support our Creative & Marketing team by bringing campaigns, promotions, and storytelling to life through clear, consistent visual design. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-curious creative who’s excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do
Design visual assets including newsletters, flyers, digital ads, pamphlets, and in-store materials
Support ongoing promotional needs across multiple channels
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
Regular Shopify and Bentobox visual & copy updates
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet deadlines
Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for both digital and print
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Interest in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or cultural brands is a plus
Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about how emerging platforms can support creative work
Salary Range $68K–$75K annually
