Merchandiser/Cashier

Full‑time, entry level, marketing and sales role in retail.
Responsibilities
Greet customers on sales floor and direct them to merchandise or parts specialists.
Check out customers, handle returns, and manage express lane as needed.
Stock merchandise according to planograms; keep the front area stocked, fronted, and clean.
Make display changes and update price tags, maintaining sale signage.
Assist with cycle counts, stock adjustments, and overstock returns.
Act as primary shoplifting deterrent/front‑floor security.
Assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out per company policy.
Qualifications
Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Previous cashier and/or stocking experience (desired).
Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle (desired).
Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
