Location: Winter Haven Hospital – Winter Haven, FL
Full Time | Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every Other Weekend

Position Overview The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Serve as charge nurse and preceptor
Promote professional growth, collaboration, and evidence-based practice
Communicate organizational priorities and unit goals

Requirements
Active Florida RN license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Preferred
Prior charge or leadership experience
Oncology experience or specialty certification
Additional Details
Shift: Nights (Shift 1)
Shift Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Weekend: Every other
On Call: No
Remote Work: Never
