Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently. Qualifications
Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Must have prior sales experience. Compensation: $23.00 per hour State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
