Setting realistic goals and documenting patient progress.
Educating patients and families on therapy methods.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Additional duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Speech Therapist program.
Valid NY state license.
Preferred experience in long-term or geriatric care.
