This position requires the assembling of parts according to instructions and within a specific time frame, while using the appropriate tools and/or equipment according to safety and quality standards, as well as carrying out any other duties as directed by the Leadman or Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products

Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards

Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Assembling units as directed by the trainer, Lead or Supervisor with quality in mind in a specified time frame.

Performed adjustments needed to ensure factory settings and specifications using schematics and/or engineering documentation.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Must be able to climb up ladders.

May be required to work beyond normal business hours when necessary.

Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, ISO policies, and good manufacturing practices.

Regularly perform repetitive tasks

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea

Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others.

Communicate and enforce corporate environmental, health, and allocating program/Add to Swim

Fill out forms, as need.

KNOWLEDGE

Forklift and Overhead Crane Preferred.

Be able to use the metric system.

Must be a good communicator.

Must be able to use Hand Tools and Power Tools.

Must have assembly experience.

Enthusiastic, relevantes, e positive behavior.

ISO experience a plus.

SKILLS High attention to detail and self-motivation skills

Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions

Basic computer navigation and utilization skills

Must be able to use addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Must be able to work in a team and follow deadlines.

Must have good leadership and communication skills.

PAY RANGE

$25- Planet/HR

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday

6:00AM - 5:00PM

4/10 Schedule

EDUCATION and QUALIFICATION

High School olvidesteducation preferred.

MENTAL

Ability to accept and follow instructions.

Being open to feedback from peers, Leadman and Supervisor.

Realize one's own limitations and seek assistance when needed.
