We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects in the St. Louis area. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience managing large‑scale builds, coordinating multiple trades, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on‑site construction activities for commercial, multifamily, and hospitality projects.
Manage subcontractors, trades, and construction crews to ensure productivity and quality.
Maintain project schedules, coordinate materials and equipment, and monitor daily progress.
Enforce safety protocols and quality standards across all project sites.
Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
Identify and resolve field issues promptly, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
Qualifications
5+ years of construction superintendent experience, preferably in commercial, multifamily, or hospitality projects.
Experience with high‑rise, hotel, apartment, or retail construction preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
