Responsibilities
Providing direct psychiatric care to diverse patient populations
Assessing patient mental health status and developing care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active RN license in Virginia or eligible for licensure
Strong knowledge of psychiatric and mental health nursing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion
