Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy LPN Qualifications:

LPN licensed by the State CPR certification required Two years prior nursing experience preferred
