Veterinary Technician Supervisor

VCA Clinton Township Animal Hospital
is looking to add a Licensed Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a
Technician Supervisor.
Schedule:
Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
Compensation:
$24 - 30/hr, pay range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

You will work alongside our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to provide mentorship, ensure the hospital runs efficiently, and foster a winning environment.

In addition to all Veterinary Technician responsibilities, duties will include, but are not limited to:
Implementing department policies and procedures.
Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings.
Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs.
Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff.
Deliver droplets of employee performance feedback.
Monitoring day‑to‑day activities and engaging with support staff.
Assist with hospital inventory.
