Role Description This full-time on-site Clinical Laboratory Scientist position based in Irvine, CA focuses on performing various laboratory tests and procedures, maintaining quality control standards, and adhering to safety protocols. The professional will ensure accurate diagnoses by processing and analyzing biological samples while adhering to laboratory medicine standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
CA state license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and high attention to detail are required.
Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine to carry out accurate test procedures and assessments.
Strong Laboratory Skills, including the ability to analyze and process biological specimens with precision.
Knowledge and implementation of Quality Control practices to uphold laboratory accuracy and integrity.
Experience or understanding of Microbiology, including microbial testing and analysis, to support diagnostic processes.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
