Responsibilities & Qualifications
Client‑oriented, with a strong desire to promote health and wellness and convey the benefits of therapeutic massage
Ability to train and onboard newly hired licensed massage therapists (LMTs)
Ability to oversee and help manage the massage therapy department
Ethically above reproach and committed to raising industry standards
Impeccable work ethic, customer‑service skills, and team attitude
California license (CMT) with adherence to all local and state licensing laws
Professional liability insurance
Flexible scheduling for a 7‑day business
