We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. In this fast‑paced production role, the ability to operate digital print and bindery equipment with care and precision is more important than years of experience. If you’re reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with machines and physical tasks, we’ll provide the training to help you grow into the role.
Key Responsibilities Digital Printing Operations
Set up and operate digital printing equipment (e.g., Xerox, HP Digital Web, Ricoh Toner, Canon)
Interpret job tickets and print specifications to ensure accuracy
Perform color calibration and routine press maintenance
Monitor print quality and adjust settings as needed for optimal results
Troubleshoot printing issues with minimal downtime
Bindery & Finishing
Operate bindery equipment including cutters, folders, coil/comb binders, laminators, and booklet makers
Perform quality checks throughout the finishing process
Package and prepare jobs for shipping or delivery
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Report equipment malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting
General
Maintain accurate production logs and job tracking
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work with production and customer service teams to ensure timely job completion
Cross‑train on other equipment or processes as needed
Requirements Required
Willingness to learn digital printing and bindery operations
Comfortable working with your hands and around machines
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Punctual, team‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior experience with digital printers, finishing equipment, or production work
Familiarity with basic computer tools or PDF file handling
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Additional Pay: May include overtime
