Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers also leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. In addition, they serve as talent leaders, managing recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote‑from‑within philosophy, Assistant Managers can grow into senior leadership positions within the store organization.
