Retail Stocking Associate
Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Retail Stocking Associate (part‑time) to join our high‑performing team. This role is essential to ensuring a great customer experience and a well‑organized store. Work schedules will be respectful, from 6 am to 10 pm, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay: $19.50 per hour (variable by location, experience, skills, education). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short‑term disability, 401(k) plan, paid time off (up to 152 hours per year), paid sick leave (up to 64 hours per year), and associate discounts. Provide a great experience for customers. Receive, inspect, and stock product. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store. Other duties as assigned. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent communication with customers and associates. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Attendance policy adherence necessary. Physical ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds; stand and move for entire shift. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb ladders. Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IPP. Seniority Level
