Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers. It's a tough job that requires judgment, math, and the ability to multitask. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Follow all corporate policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for your crew. Staffing, paperwork, food management, and working to a schedule. Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards. Deliver great customer service, attendance, and punctuality. Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Complete orientation and training on the job. Understand and give correct written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for orders over the phone and in person. Essential Functions / Skills

Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly (calculator may be used). Make correct monetary change. Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash or performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas. Sudden temperature changes while inside or outside. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters (walk‑in cooler), hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts. Near and mid‑range vision required for most in‑store tasks; depth perception needed. Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Physical Requirements

Stand most of the time, walk short distances, and sit for paperwork. Lift up to 50 lbs (bulk ingredient deliveries, cases, pizza dough trays). Carry daily items such as ingredients, sauce, and boxes. Push or pull trays and navigate stairs or ladders when needed. Stoop, bend, squat, and reach above 72" to perform tasks. Use hands continuously for eye‑hand coordination, shaping dough, and handling pizza equipment. Use tools such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza cutters. Drive between store and delivery vehicle and to customer steps. Driving and Delivery Duties

Deliver products by car and to the door of the customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards; access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Essential Skills

Navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
