Starting Salary: $92,742- $135,268 annually (including 45% geo modifier)

IA Stipend 2,080

Sign-On Bonus 12,500

M-F schedule or 4/10 option

We’re hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Guardian Flight. This technician will be qualified to support our King Air B200, B300 and Lear 45 airframe.

This is a key role to ensure the team can safely maintain and deliver timely high‑quality transportation services and care to patients.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular status updates to the Lead Technician.

Manage inventory checks, maintain the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests and document part expenditures.

Clearly document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to company policies and information security standards.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the maintenance team and flight crew.

Use appropriate communication methods to coordinate efforts between departments, vendors and team members.

Work collaboratively with allied health, public safety personnel, fellow AMTs and the operations team.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Two (2) years of turboprop and/or turbine‑powered fixed‑wing experience.

Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.

Valid state‑issued Driver’s license.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.

Experience with EMS Systems, aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on‑call rotations.

Must be acceptable under the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.

Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.

Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with King Air B200, B300 and Lear 45 maintenance.

FAA Inspection Authorization Certificate.

Experience under CFR Part 14.

Autopilot maintenance experience.

Avionics and electrical repair experience.
