Job Description The Maintenance Technician operates, repairs and maintains hospital and associated buildings’ physical plants and equipment in a safe, cost-effective and industry-accepted manner, assuring a safe and reliable facility to provide services.
Work Schedule 1.0 FTE - 40 hours
Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm M-F; call rotation every 4 weeks.
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year technical training in building maintenance.
One year experience in the operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a healthcare setting.
