Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $58,000.00/yr

Job Description The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Client Team by managing cross‑functional projects and reporting processes that promote operational excellence and strategic alignment. Serving as a central liaison between senior leadership and cross‑departmental teams, this role ensures clear communication, streamlined workflows, and successful delivery of key initiatives. The Coordinator drives collaboration across functions, oversees project execution, and contributes to achieving business objectives through effective organization, proactive partnership, and process improvement. The coordinator also plays a key role in providing day‑to‑day support for Client Team SVPs an NY based team.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support

Manage calendars, travel and expenses for SVP of Multicultural Brand Advocacy and SVP of Client Partnerships based in NY

Work across teams to organize meeting logistics, hospitality, premiums and supporting materials work with client leads across accounts

Meeting & Project Management

Manage regular CP department wide status meetings, keeping track of hosts, guests and circulating collateral (meeting notes) with SVPs and department wide

Build and maintain repositories for department resources and slides

Lead special projects such as Salesforce Taskforce initiatives, dashboard operations adjustments, and account mapping reconciliation

Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization

Client Engagement & Collaboration with Trade Marketing

Serve as the primary POC between senior leadership and trade teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment during the annual trade budget planning process to ensure strategic objectives and operational needs are met

Coordinate team participation in major industry events (e.g., CES, Cannes, Possible)

Manage event logistics, including meeting and dinner requests, attendee tracking, and post‑event communications

Manage invitation lists with nomination forms, work with SVPs and EVP to prioritize clients and determine recommendation lists for invites, premiums and events

Reporting & Analytics

Oversee weekly Client Partnerships and Client Advocacy reporting deliverables to senior leadership

Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles (e.g., category insights, budget tracking)

Track and report on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across Client Partnerships, Client Advocacy and National Offices

Refine and enhance weekly reporting processes through collaboration with key stakeholders

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desire and passion for working across teams

Knowledge/skilled in Excel, Power point, Collaborative tools

Ability to synthesize & analyze data

Experience with reporting tools, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and event planning.

Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.

Hybrid This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
