Job Description The Office Utility is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of the office environment. The role ensures that all office areas are clean, presentable, and conducive for employees and visitors. The Office Utility also supports basic administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, conference rooms, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.

Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash disposal.

Refill pantry items, restroom supplies, and cleaning materials.

Assist in arranging meeting rooms and setting up for company events or gatherings.

Handle simple repair tasks or report maintenance issues to the Admin Manager.

Assist in organizing office storage areas and ensuring proper inventory of supplies.

Deliver documents or packages within the office premises as needed.

Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries or office supplies.

Follow proper sanitation protocols and safety standards.

Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored properly.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Grad.

Experience in office utility, housekeeping, or related roles is an advantage.

Knowledgeable in basic cleaning techniques and use of cleaning tools.

Physically fit, organized, and attentive to detail.

Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently.
