CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) must politely greet customers in person and on the telephone. They must navigate prompts on a computer point‑of‑sale system to take orders and answer questions about products and service to accommodate customers. CSRs assist in preparing food products and packaging (boxes, bags, utensils). They are trained to resolve product concerns over the phone and are empowered to satisfy customers without supervision from managers for non‑complex issues. CSRs must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards outlined in the store job aids.
