You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. What you’ll be doing
Lead the team by hiring, training, and supervising a team of pizza‑loving employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. Ensure operational efficiency by managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving customer issues, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Drive sales and profitability by implementing marketing initiatives, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance to meet business objectives. Maintain a spotless pizza store that is safe, inviting, and reflects your commitment to quality and cleanliness. What we’re looking for
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required. Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A love for pizza is a definite plus! What we offer
