Rouse Trucking is now hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a regional position. If you have the skills and work ethic to handle freight professionally, we have the lanes, equipment, and pay structure to match what you bring to the job.
As a CDL A Truck driver, you’ll run regional routes with a home‑weekly fleet, giving you the consistency and predictability that comes with being treated like the skilled professional you are. This is steady work with reliable home time and the kind of support that keeps you moving without the runaround.
What You’ll Earn
$1,400 to $1,415 per week average pay, paid weekly
Extra pay for stops, breakdown, detention, layover, and clean inspections
Transition pay during your first few weeks to keep your earnings steady while you settle in
6 full days of home time per month with flexible scheduling
Modern Peterbilt 579s with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, fridges, and Espar bunk heaters
Equipment You’ll drive equipment that’s maintained and ready to work. Our dispatch team is staffed by former drivers who understand what it takes to keep things running smoothly and won’t leave you waiting around. We know your time matters, and we treat it that way. Regional runs are designed to get you home consistently, and dispatch respects your time while keeping freight moving.
Late‑model trucks are spec'd for life on the road with no slip seating and no outdated tech. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holiday pay.
Orientation Orientation is quick and straightforward. Hotel, travel, and meals are all covered. No buses, no classroom marathons. You’ll leave orientation in your own truck, ready to roll with your first load and start earning right away.
Requirements To qualify as a CDL‑A truck driver with Rouse Trucking, you must have a valid CDL‑A license and at least 1 year of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience. We’re looking for professional CDL‑A truck drivers who take the job seriously and want to be part of a company that does the same.
