Responsibilities Under direct supervision, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers, setting up, maintaining, and cleaning seafood display cases, cleaning, filling, and rotating the seafood displays. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
Typical work environment: fast‑paced grocery store. Essential functions include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, visual and auditory requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be necessary; see full job description for details.
Food handler card or equivalent certification is required for all positions related to food preparation, handling, and service.
