Job Summary A service advisor will be the bridge between the customer and the technicians performing the maintenance and repairs for the vehicle. The service advisor keeps the customer up‑to‑date with the timing of the service work, initiates follow‑up calls, explains vehicle features and warranties, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to inbound phone calls.

Initiate outbound follow‑up calls to keep customers updated.

Be knowledgeable about the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties.

Answer guest questions about vehicle service needs.

Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction.

Required Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service skills.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record.

Must meet company employment requirements such as background check and drug test.

No experience necessary – training will be provided.

Pay We offer a competitive hourly rate plus commissions and monthly bonuses.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Position requires standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Employees may need to lift within job parameters. Visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required. Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors.
