Overview:
A top law firm is seeking recent college graduates to join their team as
Practice Legal Assistants . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in law or planning to attend law school in the future. The role starts as a temporary position with the potential to convert to a permanent role for high-performing candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and practice teams
Manage correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
Coordinate meetings and maintain case files and records
Assist with research, presentations, and other legal or administrative projects as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong interest in the legal field and commitment to a 2-year term with the firm
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment
Contract to hire. On-site 5x a week.
