Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay. Shift schedules: 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM and 7 PM–7 AM. Pay: +$3 for PIB, +$2.50 for 3 PM–11 PM, +$2 for 11 PM–7 AM. Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 paid quarterly. Hourly rate: $40–$50.
Location: Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center, a 295-bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.
Responsibilities
Provide resident care aligned with nursing standards and the written plan of care, including physicians’ treatment plans.
Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
Qualifications
Active RN license in the state of Maryland.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
