Warehouse Selectors
Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking dynamic Warehouse Selectors to join our high-performance culture in Marysville, WA. Compensation is $22.00 per hour with weekly pay. All shifts and schedules are available.
The Opportunity
Select products throughout the warehouse using single or double electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, forklifts, and other equipment.
Use VoCollect, RF scan guns, or read manual tickets.
What Success Looks Like
At least 6 months experience with ride-on electric pallet jacks.
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
Ability to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks.
Stand or sit for periods in office and warehouse environment (concrete flooring, changing temperatures).
Walk throughout warehouse during shift.
