Roles and Responsibilities
Provide basic care to patients and assist them with daily activities such as bathing and dressing.
Because of the personal nature of the job, a Certified Nursing Assistant must be compassionate, have good people skills, and enjoy helping others.
Serve as a patient’s main caregiver, acting as a conduit between patients, nurses, and doctors; record and communicate all issues to medical staff.
Qualifications CNA Certificate required. Demonstrated compassion, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to assist others in a caring environment.
