We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our school-based program at Jonesboro Public Schools. The ideal professional enjoys working with children, teens, and families, thrives in collaborative environments, and has experience in community health, schools, or childcare settings.
Job Details
Full‑time, exempt (salaried)
Work hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
Work with a comprehensive treatment team to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW, or LCSW), or license‑eligible.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
Positive attitude.
Empathetic, compassionate, and non‑judgmental.
Collaborative and resilient mindset.
