Licensed Practical Nurse – Community Care Physicians (Delmar Internal Medicine)
Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a 40‑hour week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The position is eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500.
Responsibilities
Administer and record vaccines.
Document verbal conversations with patients (when appropriate).
Record information into patient records accurately, legibly, and promptly.
Maintain timely patient flow.
Prepare patients for visits based on office and provider requirements.
Obtain specimens (e.g., urine, blood) from patients as directed by the provider.
Enter orders accurately and promptly into the lab system.
Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider, including PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration, and immunizations.
Process patient prescriptions.
Discuss test results with patients per provider’s instructions.
Compensation $26.00 – $33.00 per hour. Individual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
