Technical Master Scheduler - NASA/JSC Flight Projects
to join the team with Barrios, a teammate company that will lead the development and management of integrated projects schedules supporting NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) flight programs. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project execution or test operations, especially within the NASA/JSC environment and deep expertise in Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities The
Technical Master Scheduler - NASA/JSC Flight Projects
will:
Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project
Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations
Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns
Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies
Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels
Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes

Required Education/Experience/Skills:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, base-lining, and custom reporting
Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations
Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
Experience working in or alongside Agile teams
Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments
Essential Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation

Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required

This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed
