Overview As a home health Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. You will work directly with patients in their residence implementing therapeutic interventions to optimize their functional abilities per Plan of Care to promote safety and independence in the home setting.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy educational program
Current Occupational Therapy / OT state license within the state of practice
Minimum of one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient or home healthcare setting; home health industry experience required
Current CPR certification
Excellent organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance
