Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
Minimum 8 years of work experience in key finance functions as a team lead or manager (FP&A, Controlling, Transactional accounting)
Experience in preparing or analyzing financial statements
Ability to confidently navigate through financials of the key controlling and finance reports (e.g.: BS, P&L, CF tables)
Solid understanding of the key financial indicators and ratios presented in an Annual report
Excellent data analytics skills, good understanding of ERP systems and the ability to confidently perform accounting transactions
Excellent overview of the roles & responsibilities of the organization relating directly to the CFO
Detailed understanding of the financial month-end process
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client interaction skills, especially with top management
Experience with managing senior stakeholders and leading continuous improvement initiatives
Experience with managing finance personnel and ownership of day-to-day accounting activities
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics
Professional English and Hungarian language knowledge are a must
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience in financial project management or relevant certificate (PMP/Prince2/Six sigma)
System implementation experience is an advantage
Participated already in Continuous Improvement or BPR projects/initiatives.
Big4, relevant consulting or multinational experience
Finance qualifications are an advantage: CIMA, ACCA, CPA
Experience with: SAP S/4HANA, Black Line, Ana plan, Power BI, any consolidation or planning solutions
Your future role
As a Controlling Manager in the CFO Services Team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of finance projects, leading work streams, gathering and analyzing information and developing actionable recommendations to ensure successful delivery.
Work in a high performing project team helping our clients drive profitability and performance through their business operations
Support the development of the CFO services agenda and function to meet future challenges
Support the development of solutions from everyday issues to the complex challenges that a CFO must meet
Act as a trusted advisor to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with Finance counterparts by providing the latest trends in finance strategy, IT solutions and finance process efficiency
Work with high-profile clients on a variety of Hungarian and international engagements
