Key Responsibilities
Calculate, prepare, and post journal entries in the general ledgers for multiple companies.
Reconcile bank statements and all general ledger accounts.
Review and code monthly expense reimbursements and maintain fixed asset ledgers.
Prepare monthly financial statement binders and analyze income statement trends.
Provide internal and external auditing services and report to management on financial matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
