We are seeking an experienced and service-focused
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a well‑established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high‑quality service and support.
Service accounts in every aspect including billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc.
Experience with Home, Auto, Umbrella, and knowledge of major carriers and non‑standard products.
Maintain full knowledge of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and serve policies of clients and prospects.
Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in personal lines insurance.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Customer‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
