What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair PLC‑controlled systems, HMIs, sensors, and other automation components to quickly restore production

Strong Electrical background including understanding electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical cabinets ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC 3 phase

PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting skills using different PLC/HMI platforms and programming styles

Configure, tune, and maintain VFDs, servo drives, and motion systems as required

Perform basic network troubleshooting (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet, Profibus) to restore communication between devices

Work closely with Controls Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Maintenance Technicians to resolve recurring issues and implement improvements

Follow all LOTO, electrical safety, and company procedures when performing work on live systems

What You’ll Bring

3-5 years of experience on process automation and/or electromechanical systems. Ability to perform skilled termination of controls devices

Working knowledge of low voltage electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC

Ability to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and P&ID drawings. Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics. Ability to read and interpret PLC code and HMI screens

Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft. and ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly

Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of motor controls, variable frequency drives, programmable controllers and other electronic components

Strong understanding of HVAC and process instrumentation (pressure, level, differential pressure, temperature and analytical). Strong understanding of controls valves, dampers, and associated actuators

Must have command of English language, both written and verbal
