Job Summary
We are looking for a residential HVAC Service/Repair Technician to join our 5‑star company. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while educating homeowners and offering service solutions. Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation system problems. Perform light HVAC repairs and recommend replacements when needed. Conduct routine maintenance to prevent issues and improve efficiency. Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining issues and service options. Keep detailed notes on recommendations, visit details, and parts usage. Follow all safety protocols, including local and state HVAC codes. Qualifications
3‑5+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred). Completed HVAC training program, EPA license preferred. Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer‑service skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, and outdoors. Valid driver's license. Benefits
