Construction Project Manager – Marsh Risk
Join the Construction team at Marsh. The role is based in a Central Zone office and is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.
What you’ll do
Provide specific advice, service, and solution delivery to clients and prospects concerning program management.
Manage an account load and act as a trusted business advisor and point person for clients, demonstrating Marsh’s expertise and managing the breadth of Marsh’s resources.
Act as liaison between service offices, client executives, risk practices, and clients with domestic engagements; align clients with appropriate Marsh resources and identify local and international experts as needed.
Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to ensure proper documentation, and aid in account retention and growth via cross‑selling.
Assist owners, developers, and contractors with wrap‑up program design and project administration for large local and national construction projects.
Execute Marsh project‑specific casualty solutions, including multi‑site and rolling wrap‑up programs; act as advocate and advisor for clients focusing on the Western Region.
Engage contractors and subcontractors directly to facilitate participation in clients’ wrap‑up programs; work closely with project administrators for smooth execution; facilitate carrier audits and program close‑outs.
Collaborate with advisory and placement colleagues as needed.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Preferred minimum 3‑5 years working in insurance, including wrap‑construction insurance and OCIP/CCIP experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
P&C license required or ability to obtain.

Salary Base salary range: $92,500 to $197,100. Base pay determined by experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
